@tapairportugal I was given wrong information that my bag is in Newark airport. They donβt have it. Again after asking them multiple times there is no response. This is very frustrating and stressful!
@tapairportugal I flew from Porto to Newark on June 26th. Due to weather conditions we landed at Philadelphia. We de boarded without getting our checked in bags. After multiple enquires and complaints, I have still not received any info on the status of my bag. A highly unprofessional airline.
