While I’m not at liberty to share the many JPS bills and billing info shared with me as minister from various JPS customers, I can share this bill that was sent to me, showing the anomaly in billing from JPS, an example of what many Jamaicans are facing.

What is even more alarming is this person has a solar system. Absolutely unacceptable

There is absolutely NO WAY, that the entity had power for 6 days of the billing period and the decision taken by @myJPSonline online is to use an estimated bill for $108,000.00

This is in St Elizabeth, one of the most severely affected parishes, having lost electricity July 9th and being reconnected on Aug 13th.

This is the reality for many customers. The regulator must address these issues and act in the best interests of the Jamaican customers.

Honestly, a so we just ago pay them bills here? I have 3/4 light bills paying monthly, last month they doubled. This month they're still on the rise. I'm actually in disbelief @myJPSonline we can't possibly be expected to pay these bills
