@nvpkp Genuinely I don't think enough people have the time/energy/motivation to make all the apps they want to use themselves. I still think the large majority want others to build it for them.
@paulg If one of your founders was trying to collect simple information like "How did my customers hear about my company" people like you would ruin that for them. However I agree it shouldn't be mandatory.
My Adobe subscription has a $270 cancellation fee to exit my contract I started in college in 2013.
I’ve paid Adobe over $8000 and don’t own anything, and if I want to leave they’ll charge me a heinous fee that is hidden in the fine print, using dark pattern business.

Just found out that if you're an indie app developer, and you want to make money off of an app you put on the google play store, you literally must have your full legal name and full home address listed on the play store page for everyone to see, or pay for an LLC.
