any additional wages burdening the salaried class for more per day expense, why salaried class should work like an animal? Specially banker who are already facing severe issues and challenges like low wages and late sittings, where is work life balance?

6hours increase from Monday to Friday and 7 hours of full day Saturday. Total 13 hours a week or 52 hours increased in a month. Where is compensation?
This will ruin our social life affect our performance and increase Energy consumption.
