@CanadaNoticer@nicksortor She will either spend her life in jail or in a mental hospital. She's on multiple antipsychotics and requires 1 on 1 supervision for extreme suicidal ideation. Sounds great, huh? You comment is ridiculous.
@K7087Kaye@nicksortor@BonginoReport You do realize she wants to die? She has been on 1:1 suicide watch in a mental hospital for 3.5 years. She's a shell. She's on multiple antipaychitics and a paraplegic feom her first attempt.
@TiffanyFong The law...NGRI (not criminally responsible due to mental disease or defect that impairs knowing right from wrong OR can not confirm your conduct to law) In Mass. the burden of proof is on the government to prove you weren't at the time if the offense. Beyond reasonable doubt.
@RepClayFuller You do understand she doesn't want to be alive, and has had 1 on 1 supervision since the day she was taken to hospital don't you? She wants to die.
@RepNancyMace If not, are her ex husband, mother and father in law, her parents. Because they understand. They do not seeth for blood as you do. Perhaps it is above your Neanderthal thinking to see how this occurred. It will keep happening until you finally do.
@RepNancyMace Coming from an actual legislative persona, this is terrifying and yet proves we are lightyear behind in mental health awareness and treatment. Would you expect a person with dementia to be liable for their behavior?
@kayleighmcenany How can we as a society be shocked when this happens, as we turn a blind eye to all those asking and seeking help. PPP is real. Psychosis in Bipolar is real, and God bless you if you've never loved someone struggling with this. Watch the 1 year memorial the church held.
@KaliFontanilla This is an embarrassing opinion. She is a paraplegic, nurses shower her, dress her and change her when she is incontinent as well as catheterization to urinate multiple xs daily. She's isolated, suicidal, and is on antipsychitic medications. Yep, sounds like quite the life!
@MattWalshBlog He literally lied to the judge as to swearing he will apply thr law and then says he will not use the reasonable doubt standard? What if it were you on trial? Would you agree with it then. It's a slippery slope.
@GuntherEagleman It I so dense to make this trial political. The reason the poor beautiful children are dead is because of how their mother was and or wasn't treated for a serious mental health issue/PPD issues. How are we shocked as a society when these things occur, if we ignore the cause?
