I want to say medical fraternity is suffering from this corrupt system.if u want to solve this issue u are most welcome but don't try to generalize it to whole doctor community. Already doctor witch hunting is going on don't add fuel to it

BJP MP Raghav Chadha says in Rajya Sabha, "I am speaking on referral incentive and cut money arrangement between a few doctors and some diagnostic centres. This has become an informal arrangement. Rs 3000 goes to the doctor, not to treat you but to refer you. There is a set commission rate, a dedicated agent and a parallel incentive economy. In sophisticated language, this is called doctor's referral commission and diagnostic centres mention it as marketing expense in their accounts...The burden of this money is not borne by the diagnostic centre but by the patient. This sometimes increases the patient's medical bill by 15-20%. A practice of unnecessary medical tests and over-referrals is beginning...Patients should be mindful of these red flags.”

Absolutely shameful generalisation.

If “a few doctors” are taking referral commissions, investigate them, name them, punish them. But stop painting an entire profession as corrupt.

Doctors are assaulted, overworked, underpaid and dragged to court for complications—yet somehow Parliament finds it convenient to reduce the entire profession to “cut money.”

Fix the corrupt system. Don’t malign lakhs of honest doctors to score headlines.

One perspective is that every new prescriber expands the market for pharmaceutical companies. More prescribers = more prescriptions = a larger pharmaceutical market.

Let’s look at Maharashtra.

• Registered allopathic doctors: 2,13,551
• Registered homeopathic doctors: 90,006 (en.mahaenews)

If every eligible homeopathic doctor is eventually allowed to prescribe modern medicines after a short certification course, that’s a potential increase of over 42% in the number of prescribers (from ~2.14 lakh to ~3.04 lakh).

Is this policy purely about improving access, or should we also discuss the commercial incentives it creates?

केन्द्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि SC/ST कोटा में ‘क्रीमी लेयर’ की अवधारणा नहीं लागू होगी क्योंकि वह केवल OBC के लिए थी। तो मोदी जी, OBC रिजर्वेशन तो पहले था ही नहीं, फिर वो क्यों आया और आपकी पार्टी ने उसका समर्थन क्यों किया था?

दूसरी बात, आपके वकील ने कहा कि ‘आय के आधार पर’ SC/ST आरक्षण बिलकुल नहीं होगा क्योंकि उसका आधार केवल ‘आर्थिक पिछड़ापन’ ही नहीं, ‘ऐतिहासिक उत्पीड़न और अन्याय’ है। ‘केवल’ आर्थिक पिछड़ापन कहाँ, आप तो इनकम को कहीं भी आधार नहीं मानते!

जिस EWS का आप ढोल पीटते हैं, उसमें न तो फॉर्म के दाम कम हैं, न हॉस्टल की फीस, न कोर्स फीस… तो ये दो कौड़ी का राजनैतिक झुनझुने का सामान्य वर्ग करे क्या? @narendramodi यह बताएँ कि सामान्य वर्ग के टैक्स के पैसों से फंड हो रही SC/ST आरक्षण सब्सिडी का लाभ, सामान्य वर्ग के EWS को ही क्यों नहीं मिलता?

कोई तर्क है इसका कि आप जिसे सर्टिफाइड गरीब मानते हैं, वो प्रमाण पत्र उससे माँगते हैं, उसे सत्यापित करते हैं और उसे नौ लाख से सोलह लाख तक का लोन ले कर पढ़ाई करनी पड़ती है। फिर आप 1000 SC और 1000 OBC जातियों के शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व पर मौन हो जाते हैं कि इन जातियों का आरक्षण कहाँ है?

सत्य यह है कि आपका ‘विकसित भारत’ टूटते हायवे और निम्न गुणवत्ता के 50% लोगों से भरे कॉलेजों और विद्यालयों से कभी पूरा नहीं हो सकता। आरक्षण की समीक्षा करनी ही होगी, उसे तार्किक रूप से लाना ही होगा।

१. शून्य प्रतिनिधित्व वाली जातियों की पहचान
२. EWS की SC के स्तर की आर्थिक छूट
३. न्यूनतम अंक का विधान, GC से 10% से अधिक का कटऑफ में अंतर न हो SC/ST में
४. सक्षम लोगों को फर्जी तर्क के कारण आरक्षण न दिया जाए
५. हर श्रेणी में सबसे गरीब, पिछड़े को ही आरक्षण मिले
६. हर दस वर्ष में जातियों की समीक्षा और निष्कासन, नई जातियों को लिस्ट में जोड़ना बंद करें

>In Ram Mandir, there are a total of 24 priests: 4 from general category, 8 from the Dalit, 12 from OBC

>Rajasthan priests list include communities such as Meghwal and Balai (Dalit), Meena (ST), Patel, Yadav, Jat, and Chaudhary (OBC). Out of 22 priests, 8 are women.
The number of Meena priests is particularly large.

>In a temple in Etawah, UP, only Dalits have been serving as priests for the past 200 years.

>Kerala has many Dalit priests as well.

>At Datteshwari Temple, only Yadav priests perform the rituals.

There are thousands, possibly even hundreds of thousands of temples across India where Dalit or Bahujan priests serve.
