I ordered a cake and flowers online -an order of over INR 6k!! They spoilt my loved one's birthday by not delivering it on the day. I couldn't get thru to any of their numbers all day. I asked to cancel the order and then all of a sudden the order was on the way at 11pm!@fnp_ind

Their service is horrible as is their Dwarka, NDelhi,staff. Particularly Mr Deepak Samadar. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks. 1. For the last service of water purifier within the AMC. Deepak showed up only concerned about my expiring AMC. @pratikpota @EurekaForbes
