Hi @amazonIN , what's up with this scam like customer service? If I have any issues with the product it takes me to a chatbot, which doesn't have the proper response, and when I finally get the option of call agent, it just redirects me to the orders list? @AmazonHelp

@ACTFibernet At this point, please just give me number of one of your agents, so that I can directly call them. You can check the tickets I raise, and you'll find there one for each month. I don't want to go through this process every time, that's a waste of my time and money.
