@Titusa7r4@poperespecter1 And again, Christianity isn’t exclusive to Europeans or is it Eurocentric. The Christian faith is for anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. People around the world have had their own cultural expressions of the faith that are permissible acts.
@Titusa7r4@poperespecter1 I’m not saying you have to accept it, but it’s neither barbaric or pagan worship. You brought up unsubstantiated claims and made an incorrect judgement on what’s clearly veneration of the Virgin Mary and praying to God via traditional dancing.
@Gwani_bukhari@Tom017483 Except it’s not three gods, it’s one Triune God that consist of three coequal, coeternal, divine persons that are of the same divine essence within the Godhead. This same divine essence constitutes God’s “oneness.” They’re distinct from one another but have the same exact nature.
@Titusa7r4@poperespecter1 Also, are you suggesting that this devotion that predates communism by centuries is “communist” itself? It’s ridiculous what you’re to suggest and not communist at all. I oppose communism, but this ain’t communist.
@Titusa7r4@poperespecter1 Except it’s not a dance to a rain god, it’s a dance to pray to God and honoring Mary. This has been a thing since the 1531 apparition of the Virgin Mary in Tepeyac, Mexico. It is not remotely pagan at all, it’s just a cultural expression of the faith.

@blaronde3@KnightsTempOrg Tell me, do you know what the Feast for Our Lady of Guadalupe is?
This is just traditional dancing with Catholic symbolism mixed, this is no way pagan and existed since 1531.
@ROBINBRIANO@KnightsTempOrg I seriously don’t get why people don’t do their homework and just jumping to conclusions. It’s quite literally worshipping God and giving honor to the Virgin Mary.
@Luke18781@KnightsTempOrg This is older than Vatican II and has been around since 1531. It’s Conchero dancing, which adapted the old "mitote" dance but modified it with Catholic symbolism.
This isn’t even pagan in the slightest and it’s one of many different types of expressions of the faith.
@DavContreGol@poperespecter1 Exactly how is this freemasonry when this is a devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe, who appeared as an apparition on a hill at Tepeyac in 1531?
@M1_Rifleman@poperespecter1 I really have no problem with cultural expression + Christianity from various regions of the Earth either.
Europe has some beautiful expressions of the faith, same with those in Mexico and elsewhere.
