@Verizon customers that are (or believe they are) enrolled in paperless billing should also check if they are still enrolled! I was getting charged an additional $10/month because my preference was changed without my knowledge or doing so.

If you have @Verizon internet on auto-pay PLEASE check your bill. I just learned I've been getting charged every month for a Disney+ sub that was cancelled Dec. 2021 and somehow Verizon has no record of it. @VerizonSupport
