Sometimes it takes a breaking point to ask for help. Everyone who’s experienced that point will tell you they needed help before it got there. There is no shame in asking for a hand. #BellLetsTalk
#BellLetsTalk because it used to be deemed “not cool” to talk about your mental health. Now, it’s not cool when you don’t talk about your mental health. #EndTheStigma
#BellLetsTalk about how it’s okay to surround yourself with people who feel like sunshine and distance yourself from toxic relationships to better your mental health!
Sometimes when people say things to try to make you feel small it’s hard not to believe them. Try to remember that this behaviour stems from their own problems, not anything you’ve done or haven’t done. Be strong, stand up tall and carry on. #BellLetsTalk
A wagging tail can make a difference. #BellLetsTalk ❤️🐶
On a day for mental health awareness, we'd love to shoutout our therapy dogs! Whether it's a care home, hospital, school, workplace, or at an event, our volunteer pups spread so much joy to those who need it the most.
It’s #BellLetsTalk day. This pandemic has been tough on all of us, but especially on those who were already struggling with their mental health. Today is a good day to ask for help if you need it, but also to reach out to others in need. Be good to each other.
It’s okay to cut off relationships that no longer serve you or are detrimental to your mental health, doesn’t matter if that’s family, your “best friend” of 10+ years, a shitty coworker. Prioritize yourself. #BellLetsTalk
#BellLetsTalk in a world that only seems to get crazier, busier, and more isolated it is okay to let people know you’re not okay. #EndTheStigma and be there if someone reaches out. And if they aren’t, reach out to me. I’m there to listen if anyone needs.
It’s critical to have open, honest and healthy discussions around mental health. By retweeting #BellLetsTalk you can make a difference. In case that’s not enough, before Disney bought Fox, Deadpool 3 was gonna be a road trip between Deadpool and Logan. Rashomon style. For real.
Some of us battle mental illness, but almost all of us care about someone who is battling. On this #BellLetsTalk please Do not abandon a person with a mental illness when they act like a person with a mental illness.
