I’m in pure disbelief that, The United States of America…The United States of America…THE LAND OF THE FREE…has taken away the right for Women to make their own decisions about their bodies and their reproductive health. Absolutely abysmal and unfathomable.
It can be tricky to find the good in a world that focuses on the bad. So here are 3 good facts from my day 1-I got to spend the day doing what I love, as a future RN 2-I got to sit on the deck & enjoy the sunshine 3-I got to spend time with my parents & for that, I am grateful.
My grandfather is 88. He is Covid positive. He got his first #AstraZeneca shot three weeks ago. He doesn't have a single symptom. No breathing issues, fever or weakness. He biked today, lifted his dumbbells and celebrated his 67th wedding anniversary.
Vaccines work.
One year ago today.
365 days since our world turned upside down.
The past year has been tough on everyone.
