The Earth has all the things we need to live, but we need to take care of the Earth so it can keep giving us what we need.Caring for the environment means doing things that will keep the Earth healthy, like recycling your plastic bottles instead of throwing them in the bin.
Planting trees is a powerful way to contribute to the health of our planet.Trees help combat climatechange by absorbing carbon dioxide, providing habitats for wildlife, preventing soil erosion, and producing oxygen. Each tree planted makes a significant impact in preserving the Earth
With their leaves and needles, the trees act like giant filters. One ha. of beech forest can filter around 70 tons of dust out of the air every year, a ha. of spruce forest as much as 30 tons. In addition trees produce oxygen. Forests and parks as "green lungs" are important.💚🌳
"You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make."
- Jane Goodall
“It’s not possible to address climate change without biodiversity. All life is part of biodiversity, which plays an important role for our economies and cultures. We all depend on biodiversity.”

Climate change refers to long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. These shifts may be natural, but since the 1800s, human activities have been the main driver of climate change, primarily due to the burning of fossil fuels which produces heat-trapping gases.
A new satellite detects CO2 emissions from individual facilities like coal plants and steel mills. It help bolster the accuracy of government emissions, scientific modeling and will improve the quality of corporate greenhouse gas reporting for investors.
