@pipkinpippa The best thing about cons is that you're going into every interaction with at least a little bit of common ground. You always have some kind of jumping off point with common ground, no matter what.
@atrocityTCG@xcross_read@FireForgeFriend For the most part, yeah it does, but just because the system works doesn't mean that it can't be made better, for both sides. I really wish Konami would take a passat cards and keyword some of the more common things, and I wish MTG had something akin to problem solving card text.
@atrocityTCG@xcross_read@FireForgeFriend I always hear this argument, but YGO has shown in the past that it's willing to use text shorteners. It doesn't happen often, but some things do get basically keyworded like piercing battle damage.
