That was the 1st thing I did, bfore I twitted, call them stay on line for 10 mins, than csr picks up, he verifies my identity, than xt 10 mins I explain him the issue and lastly he says he can't do much investigation is going on, lol. #Amazon #PrimeDay #JeffBezos
