@goa365tv1 Highway frm colvale till pernem govt College there are very few u turns people avoid going 3, 3.5 km just to make a UTurn so this type of illegal divider brakes can be seen on that Highway I urge authority to properly map u turns and modify those dividers with proper signages

@goa365tv1 One who is responsible for this type of accident on that Highway are nhai and PWD since they have not kept any uturns which are required on specific junctions or at important intersections if proper boards and uturns are given on highway than this type of accident will not happen
