Ok THREE HOURS of waiting for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They told us over and over that Stanleys bag would be on the carousel. Then said they'd bring it out. I talked to them about 6 times getting this runaround until finally they told me the truth: it was flown to our destination.

Our flight with @SouthwestAir was cancelled with no others today or tomorrow. Now sitting on the floor waiting for two hours for the single bag we checked in cause they have zero seating here. Also no compensation for the two day delay. Awful company.

Three hours waiting now. Southwest says they’ll send us each a $150 voucher but they still owe Stanley hundreds from the last flight they screwed up.

@SouthwestAir 779 DCA to LAS cancelled with no flights today or tomorrow. I’m told you won’t compensate us due to weather being the cancellation reason? I have a wheelchair bound elder to take care of so I hope I was misinformed.

The context in my book is that we all create these personal mythologies which help, hinder, give meaning, and explain our place in the world, and thus learning to work with our mythos is an important and exciting pursuit.
