@JohnEDeaton1 @TimDraper John, I hear a lot of “settlement” comments the past week. Why would the SEC ever consider settlement if their whole motive was to slow down ripple? Settlement would go against this motive. That is what point I have not seen in anyone comment in the community.

@jungleincxrp I think the SEC wants this to go the distance so they can have clear guidelines. Congress will not pass any new laws and the SEC knows there are no clear rules so they are looking for the courts to provide them. Outcome doesn’t matter…..

@jungleincxrp Jungle, if SEC didn’t get all those dollars from Boeing and all the others they already settled with, you would of been spot on with the timing. Now they have to look into lapping those dollars for 20203. Ripple and LBRy will be the way….
