@AbhiKapadia3 @TikonaTIL @bajpai_prakash @DoT_India i am facing the same issue, I have made several calls to customer care before my plan expires for disconnection requests, they are not accepting my request. and keep sending me the bills, daily i receive 5-6 calls and 5-6 emails. you cannot do anything trust me

@brineshnayak @TikonaTIL @DoT_India @TRAI they will not take your disconnection requests, I am facing the same problem with them, daily I receive 5-6 calls and 5-6 emails for renewal. you better record the calls when you call customer care and keep them for your own safety. there are lot people facing same issue.

@SauravSin8 @TikonaTIL Do not use tikona connection, you will face a lot issue for disconnection, once you deicide not to use there services they will force you to downgrade the plan and to renew the plan, they will never take you disconnection request, trust me see my latest tweet.
