A lot of my recent critiques can be summed up like this:

FrogTwitter was always special because we had the smartest and best men anonymously sharing their observations about the world. We were a heretical, or heterodox, or unorthodox subculture rebelling against the mainstream. We possessed courage, brilliance, and honesty while the rest of the world was going insane during the Covid lockdowns, with deindustrialization, mass migration, censorship, transgender child castration, and DEI antiwhite racial discrimination.

However, we won.

That era is dead. It was good while it lasted, but it's done. Heraclitus: "No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man." We are never going to go back to being the edgy, misunderstood fringe subculture.

We are not a small edgy fringe subculture anymore. We are driving the culture. Everyone with money and power is reading our tweets. All of the Normies tacitly recognize that our paranoid conspiracy theories were validated by the Covid lockdowns, the Wuhan Lab leak, and Biden's zombie presidency. Huge numbers of ex-Democrat moderates, women, Libtards, centrists, and conformists are drifting in our direction because they can see we're winning.

We won.

People respect us. Famous people with money and power and status. I see the celebrities privately liking my tweets: famous authors, filmmakers, Congressmen, billionaires, supermodels, pro athletes, television hosts, Ivy League professors, journalists, surgeons, scientists, etc.. Everyone wants to know where the zeitgeist is headed, and they're watching us carefully because they trust our instincts and understand we were always radically ahead of the mainstream.

Everyone is looking to us for leadership. And the truth is, most of the guys around here are failing to step up to the moment.

They're not making adjustments. People are still acting like we're a fringe subculture getting censored by Leftist admins. They haven't adapted to the latest software patch and the new "competitive meta", they're running outdated builds and obsolete strategies based on nostalgia.

We are supposed to be leaders. We are supposed to be the guys with the ideas. We spent ten years complaining about how nobody was listening to us. We spent ten years dreaming about what we were going to do when we broke intellectual containment of Leftist censorship. Now we've won, and a lot of our guys have nothing to say. All of their ambition seems to have dried up.

It's a huge missed opportunity.

We have a brief window where we can define the next 50 years of cultural drift. There's almost no limit to what we can accomplish: colonizing Mars, $30 trillion of industrial deregulation, ending black crime, reclaiming the American cities, 100 million mass deportations. And a lot of our guys, our longtime friends, are doing their best to blow it up. They're sandbagging us and actively trying to lose.

It's a failure of imagination.

The Bolsheviks were a tiny group. The Jacobins were a tiny group. The Weather Underground were a tiny group. They were evil, insane radicals. But they were the right people at the right time, they positioned themselves and seized the moment and ended up defining the world. Bill Ayers and the Pritzker dynasty created Obama. All of the Woke era (2014-2024) DEI antiwhite racial purges we're complaining about are downstream of what Bill Ayers and his tiny group of friends did in the 1970s.

That's the kind of position we're in. We are in position to define the next century. Everything we do can snowball across social media and propagate and seed into narratives to build the next counterelite of the American Empire. Our belief system, our worldview, can shape the next hundred years.

Hollywood is dead. TV is dead. Book publishing is dead. We are at the cultural center. We are at the ground floor of whatever the future could be. Whatever society could grow into.

We are not moderating our ideas, or diluting our beliefs, or compromising. We won. Now everyone is trying to learn from us.

I spent years lurking in these spaces before I created my account. People were funny, they were interesting, they were CREATIVE. They were introducing me to ideas about genetics and Greek philosophy and the Habsburg symphonies of Vienna. Back then, there were about a thousand guys, and every one of them had a blog. They would write new essays every week, or every month, and it was always these dense, sprawling, digressive academic or intellectual essays teaching me about concepts I'd never heard before.

A lot of these old guard, brilliant avant-garde autodidacts have just stopped being CREATIVE risk-takers. They're not updating their blogs anymore. They're not writing 10,000 word essays about Shenzhen, about industrial espionage, about Rhodesia, about mathematics and computer programming and Turchin's Elite Overproduction.

Maybe they aged out of the scene. Maybe all of the Normies flooding into our space made everything stupid and clickbait slop and it's not fun anymore to share a private club with a couple thousand erudite polymaths debating Hegel and Schopenhauer. Another possibility is that Leftist censorship forced us to be brilliant and funny, we were reacting against the adversarial constraints of the ecosystem we were trapped in, and as soon as the Leftist censorship stopped suffocating us, we stopped putting out effort.

I don't really know.

But the mainstream culture, the disillusioned American elites, the Trump admin staffers, the global intellectuals are all looking towards us to be the guys leading them out of the Khmer Rouge Year Zero ignorance of the status quo.

I spent years admiring these guys, the old guard avant-garde who were around 5-10 years before me. They were all genius polymaths with caustic rhetoric and reckless confidence and a juvenile irreverence to their brilliance. Now a lot of them seem exhausted, disillusioned, jaded, embittered with how everything turned out when the FrogTwitter subculture went mainstream.

And like, if you want to stop updating your blog that's fine. I get it. It's a lot of work for zero benefit and maybe this place is stupid and shallow and intellectually unrewarding.

But the old guard dissidents, a lot of them have become embittered every time we win. Our ideas are penetrating the Overton Window, women and Normies and ex-Democrat billionaires and sycophantic conformists are all listening to them, and now they're ENRAGED that people care about what they say and are trying to learn from them.

We won, and they're miserable.

I thought we all understood that the Normies are Normies, that the Libtards are Libtards? None of these ex-Democrat defectors, converts, opportunists, freeloaders know anything about us. None of them have been immersed in our worldview. Democrats don't know anything about Rhodesia. The whole point is that we're trying to teach them something better.

Aren't we supposed to be happy that we finally won? I thought it was a good thing.

So here’s the best career advice I can give smart, based White men who can’t find careers in their field anyways: take over your HR department.

HR is the most important non-operational team in your company. The problem is that 90% of HR hires are the most inept people on any payroll.

Competent HR that keeps a clear, comprehensive set of policies, applies them consistently, and meticulously documents performance, reviews, discipline, investigations, complaints, and terminations, etc. is the best sword and shield against our Kafkaesque, post-Civil Rights Era bureaucratic nightmare.

Good HR turns frivolous claims into a file you hand to the lawyers and settle for nuisance value. Bad HR gets the entire company one-shotted by a fraudulent EEOC charge that costs millions.

HR’s job is to prepare the company for inevitably getting sandbagged. It is not to not run the office like a gay, Montessori kindergarten.

That’s why those types are first on my chopping block and you could be the perfect Chuds to replace them.
