@kitchenaid @Lowes @Lowes claims once it has been installed, they can't send back for refund. How do you know it's defective before installation? The interior is caving in and now it has a leak. Unacceptable. I am sick.

Buyer beware. Purchased a defective @kitchenaid dishwasher from @Lowes. It has been over a week and will be another week before the installer can come look. We have decided we want another brand because there are two issues with the washer. Lowe's says they can not refund us.
