Hello @UIDAI@ceo_uidai
Why there is no Door Step Services for Aadhar related work on Pay basis, Why every one need to visit the center!
Take inspiration from Banks where they provide Door Step Services for Banking Services.
UIDAI shithole Services!
5 Days banking a week is not just about work life balance; it is about improving productivity, employee wellbeing, and service quality.

If anyone wants an example of the worst Finance Minister in the world, just point at her.
Let me tell you what this failure looks like from inside a PSU bank.
Wage revision was pending for years. Bank employees sat in offices, served crores of customers, kept the financial system running — and waited. Pension issues remained unresolved. Promises were made in meetings and forgotten in minutes.
5-day banking was discussed, debated, demanded. Every other government department gets it. Bank employees don’t. They work 6 days a week, miss weekends, miss their children growing up, miss their own health breaking down slowly.
Mental health inside PSU banks is a silent crisis. Nobody talks about it officially. But if you work in a branch, you already know.
Officers are pushed to sell insurance policies, meet targets that have nothing to do with actual banking. The pressure doesn’t stop at 6 PM. It follows them home.
And while all this was happening, PSU banks posted record profits. The Finance Ministry celebrated. The employee who made it possible got nothing extra. No five-day week. No resolved pension. No fair wage revision.
Economic pain, rising burdens on citizens, zero accountability.
This is not just bad policy. This is a complete failure of leadership.
If you are a banker and you felt this, share this post. Because this conversation needs to be louder.
A Bank Union have sent 'ALMONDS' to DFS, Finance ministry, as they missed to implement '5 Days Working in Banks' signed under last wage settlement and initiated new one 🤣
🚨20 RD accounts in 1 name in Pratapgarh
Target achieved. System satisfied ✔️
After complain -“Employee mistake 🤡
20 passbooks → one person → same date → different account numbers
All under pressure to complete targets
And this is the real issue
Pressure is always institutional
Accountability is always individual
Bankers this is not just a news story this is a pattern
Today 20 accounts in one case
Tomorrow it could be your branch → your file → your signature
Targets come from above
Consequences stay below
And when something goes wrong the system does not stand with you
It simply replaces you
So remember
Targets are temporary
Your name on paper is permanent
Think before you comply under pressure
Because once it breaks
It will never be called pressure
It will be called your mistake

Humble request to the Reserve Bank of India.
Please completely restrict indian banks from selling insurance or bonds.
Currently, banks are either forcing, or mis-selling them to customers for a few extra commissions.
They don’t care whether a person even needs it or not. Most of the time, they don’t even ask.
Bank employees forge customers’ signatures or mis-sell products by outright lying.
RBI is silently watching them loot the common citizens of this country, from senior citizens to young employees.
It’s extremely shameful that banks have been openly looting for the past 2–3 years and the RBI has done nothing about it.
Please have some shame and take the necessary action against these banks.
🚨 Message from UPGB Staff 🚨
“Jo Twitter Twitter khel raha hai use Twitter Twitter khilaya dunga”😀
I received this message from someone posted in Bhinga region about the recent threats being made to staff. It appears RM is trying to intimidate staff for sharing information.
To RM Bhinga UPGB:
We are playing Mr. RM so come and show us.
I really don’t give a damn if you’ve balls to mess with us. Come, You are welcome.
If these claims are true, then come and show me what you can do.
If these claims are false, then come and tell us clearly that they are false. I will take down this post.
There is no need to threaten staff. You cannot identify who is sharing information with me. If someone is sharing anonymously, that is their choice, and I will keep exposing the harassment of Bankers.
Good leadership means supporting your staff, focusing on business, and stopping harassment. If you are doing your job correctly, there is nothing to panic about. Staff should be able to work without fear.
Focus on the bank and its growth, not on intimidation. Do your work well, respect your team, and let your actions speak louder than threats.

Disclaimer: I am sharing information received and my personal perspective. I do not claim the truth of any statements; they are being posted to highlight concerns for discussion and transparency
"आपके खिलाफ पुलिस शिकायत और कोर्ट केस सिर्फ एक बाधा है, अंत नहीं। बैंक के साथियों का डरना स्वाभाविक है, और इसी डर को जड़ से मिटाना ही हमारी असली लड़ाई है। आप उस वृक्ष के समान हैं जिसकी नियति ही सबको छाया और फल देना है। बुरा मत मानिए, सब आपके साथ हैं।
हम आपके साथ हैं भाई! 💪⚖️"
🚨 First Legal Notices, Then FIR from RGB
Now UPGB Files Court Case Against Me!
After seven legal notices from different RMs of Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank, the bank has now filed a Court case against me in Lucknow Court. The first hearing is on 06.04.2026.
This is what it has come to. If I raise a banker’s voice, if I point out wrongdoings, this is how they respond.
I’m not scared. I’m not feeling low because UPGB filed a suit against me.
But WHAT HURTS THE MOST IS THIS:
After legal notices and FIRs, bankers from across the industry came forward to give me their words, their support.
Yet from UPGB, the bank whose mal practices I questioned most, NOT A SINGLE BANKER FROM UPGB CAME FORWARD. No word of support. No encouragement. Nothing.
As unions are already in dying stage in UPGB, so called leaders are sleeping and employees are following them. The silence is deafening.
LET ME CLEAR ONE THING:
I will fight my legal battle from here on with a heavy heart. But yes, I will no longer speak about UPGB publicly. I will continue to raise my voice for other bankers, for their rights, everywhere, every time.
Thank you, not to UPGBians, but to all those who stand for truth and integrity. I will fight.
#Bankersvoice
🚨RAISE YOUR VOICE, Get an FIR: THE NEW REALITY OF BANKERS!
Dear Bankers, understand this clearly (FIR):
This is what I’m facing for raising your voice.
Earlier, I received 7 legal notices from UPGB.
Now, FIR from Rajasthan Gramin Bank.
When raising genuine issues becomes a crime…
Expose problems → FIR
Speak up → Harassment
Demand accountability → Legal threats
FIRs are being filed simply for highlighting publicly available information and speaking up for banking staff.
Is this how the system responds to transparency?
Instead of addressing staff harassment, mismanagement, and real ground-level issues, energy is being spent on silencing voices. But intimidation won’t work.
I have not created or fabricated anything, only shared what is already in the public domain and circulating widely.
My fellow Bankers now I need all of you and if you are with me then I promise:
→ I will continue to speak.
→ I will continue to raise issues.
→ I will strongly fight this lawfully.
→ And I will not let you down.
Voices cannot be suppressed. Truth cannot be buried.

Dear @TheOfficialSBI,
Stop hiding behind templates.
Start taking accountability for your actions and remember..I am not your slave.
This post is for those who keep chanting “apply through the portal” and “submit resignation in the prescribed format” — this is for you and this is for the so called “हर भारतीय का बैंक”.
If anyone actually has a real answer, not scripted lines..speak up.
Let’s talk about rules, since the Bank seems very comfortable hiding behind them.
▫️TRANSFER RULES (ICT – Spouse & Compassionate Grounds)
As per SBI’s own HR guidelines:
▪️No minimum service required for women on spouse ground
▪️No cap or restriction in spouse & compassionate cases
▪️These are humanitarian grounds, not routine transfers
Now show me one rule that says:
➡ If it’s not applied through a “portal”, the request is invalid
➡ A genuine request can be ignored indefinitely
So answer this:
👉 Is “apply through portal after 5 months via WhatsApp” an official banking process?
👉 Is no response a valid administrative action?
▫️ RESIGNATION RULES (SBI Officers)
As per service rules:
✔ 90 days’ notice is given
✔ Acceptance or rejection by competent authority is mandatory
So again:
👉 Is keeping a resignation pending for months part of any rule?
👉 Is complete silence now considered a valid response?
❔THE REAL QUESTION
The Bank keeps repeating:
“Apply through portal.”
“Submit resignation in prescribed format.”
Fine.
👉 Show where this is written for:
• Spouse ground transfers
• Extreme compassionate cases
And more importantly-
When an employee is pushed into resignation not by choice, but because of:
▪️Administrative silence
▪️ Ignored medical emergencies
▪️No response from ZO / LHO / Corporate Centre
▪️Continuous systemic failure
👉 Is there a prescribed format for that too?
And even then
👉 Does the Bank not have a duty to accept or reject the resignation?
👉 Or has “no response” now become an unofficial rule?
You created the problem by ignoring your own policies and now you’re hiding behind a “prescribed format” excuse…this is nothing but incompetence.
@DFS_India@ChiefIba
🚨 After today’s closing, let’s be honest about the results:
ZM/RM → Promotions
RO/ZO Staffs → Promotions
HO Staffs → Promotions + incentives in lakhs
And Field Bankers?
Targets achieved. Pressure handled. Year closed.
Reward → A dinner with RM/GM/MD 🤣
(That too, paid from the bank’s money)
Same story. Every year.
Those who carried the system on their shoulders: Get symbolic appreciation.
Those far from the ground: Get real rewards.
Recognition shouldn’t feel like a joke.
At least stop this yearly drama now.
