Literally ehave no way of contacting for help? Phone #s are all automated or if i do get it to try and connect to a human it say 45 mins+ hold or will call back? but no one calls & no answer either when holding phone?

@GlobalLianli@pc I’ve emailed 5x to Lian Li and have only got an initial email and then silence. Been buying and promoting your products as a Pc builder but the customer service/warranty is horrible. Please respond, my case is 3 weeks old and the front panel USB A and C don’t work. Used tobe good
@optimum horrible customer service with horrendous wait times and then no help when they answer. Just have to live with the fact my internet goes in and out whether I’m hard wired or using wifi. Why optimum? Why???
