Marco Rubio claims that Cuba poses an existential threat to Americans via its sponsorship of "third-worldism"
Yet its Miami neocons like Rubio who repeatedly drag the rest of us into the petty, third-world grievances of South Florida

“The war in Gaza” is actually “the Genocide in Gaza.”
“Settlers” is actually “terrorist invaders.”
“The war in Lebanon” is actually “the Genocide in Lebanon.”
“A safe zone” is actually “occupation.”
“The not war in Iran” is actually “the illegal war in Iran.”
“The heightened tensions with Cuba” is actually “the unilateral U.S. aggression against Cuba.”
“Collateral damage and human shields” is actually “murder children and innocent civilians.”
“Iran-backed Houthis” is the same as
“American-backed Israel.”
“Arresting Venezuelan President” is actually “kidnapping Venezuelan President.”
The media uses euphemisms to control the narrative. The media is complicit
EU diplomats told me last week Israel has been quietly moving hundreds of thousands of tons of runnel mixed with dead bodies out of Gaza to bury evidence of its genocide.
When the EU asked Israel why or whether they filter human remains out of the rubble, no answer ever came!
Women in Gaza have been killed and maimed, lost children and husbands, homes destroyed, starved, tortured and forced to give birth in horrific conditions. Yet somehow, in all the discourse about the oppression of women, this is not framed as Israel oppressing Palestinian women.
@VP It is MY country. zionists & warmongers have no place here. Foreign countries are not my interest.Let's focus our attention on uplifting OUR citizens and those who work so hark to keep us functioning (thank you to the Immigrant Community ~ we would be nothing without you!!)
@Neolibtears@RaniaKhalek What network? His network of zionist donors? The People don't want zionists controlling our gvmt. His "network" would lose given a dem party with a spine & voter consensus.
Mamdani is not even in congress, he could say nothing. Instead he insists on repeatedly endorsing a pro genocide politician who supports the for profit health insurance industry for speaker of house. Why??? Someone explain the logic to me
AOC's candidate for House Speaker -- Hakeem Jeffries -- looked at the overwhelming opposition to Israel among Democrats, and decided to put in charge of the key House committee on Israel policy one of Israel's most devoted loyalists (almost as much as Jeffries himself is):
This is what drives cynicism—the extent to which our nominally liberal party speaks in urgent moral tones about condemning critics of Israel but on the planet boiling, deaths from lack of healthcare or children slaughtered in Gaza it’s either support, limp handwringing or silence
Yep, just take the past 2 wks. We had moralizing condemnations from top Dems on Piker and not one of these electeds has mentioned Gary, IN going without power for 14 days, much less connect it to climate crisis. The things Dems do coordinated messaging for is objectively insane
In a NYT profile, Haim Saban -- for decades one of the largest single donors to the Democratic Party -- said: "I am a one-issue guy and my issue is Israel."
(But if you're at a US university, don't dare mention this because IHRA hate speech codes classify it as anti-Semitism).
