“Being validated for who we are today is great. But it’s more likely that we can achieve our goals by choosing to become someone who can solve problems that the people we serve need solved”- @sethgodin
“Allí donde tropieces es donde se halla tu tesoro. Allí donde haya algo que parezca de lo más desafiante, yace la mayor invitación a encontrar mayores poderes en nosotros mismos”

“We’re busier than ever at work, but most of the time what we’re busy doing is putting out fires” @shaneparrish

“The four steps to handling mistakes more effectively are as follows:
(1) accept responsibility,
(2) learn from the mistake,
(3) commit to doing better,
and (4) repair the damage as best you can.”
“There are 3 problems with covering up mistakes.
1. You can’t learn if you ignore mistakes

Real transformation comes from self-awareness, self-responsibility and connection.
When we do this, we can be aware of the changes that we need to live in coherence.

Or from a place of love, of compassion, of gratefulness, of forgiveness, of connection…?
