WHY IS KANCHE GACHIBOWLI PRECIOUS?? 🤍🤍🤍
The insanely stupid arguments to cover up the government’s even more stupid act of demolition is beyond sick!
Yesterday, I gave out a list of flora and fauna that made Kanche Gachibowli their home for decades
The stupid arguments ranged from -
- It is NOT a forest just waste land
- There are NO lions or deers only foxes
- They are NOT students
- There are NO animals
- They are all AI generated images
- It is a toolkit 🤷🏽♀️
Here is a video created with all the photos clicked on the campus over years by the students
Some of these pictures were part of the official Hyderabad Central University calendar
All it takes is a drive to the HCU or even common sense to read through detailed ecological reports given over the last two decades by various esteemed organizations.
I am using the photographs to expose their fallacy, I hope the owners of the photographs will be okay with this
Enjoy the beauty of Kanche Gachibowli, am afraid most of it was destroyed by mindless bulldozing 💔💔💔💔
I hope the honourable courts see this and stop this madness once and for all!

The world just became a harder place to live in..RIP the great Ratan Tata..showed us ways to be successful by thinking for the people and helping everyone in a community/country..unlike the selfish people who call themselves successful @RNTata2000 @TataCompanies@TIFRScience
Just in time for Durga Puja! 🎉 Check out our @jncasr report in @ACSCentSci on a unique supramolecular design for generating fluorogenic probes across the visible range for bioorthogonal imaging: https://t.co/Ez7TJmdA3r
Excellent collaboration @Rachit_AgarwaI@SheebaVasu lab.
Since long time we tried to achieve “permanent” labelling of plasma membranes. Now it become possible with MemGraft probes, which exploit a new principle of lipid-directed covalent fluorescent labeling of membrane proteins. The MemGraft probes are compatible with fixation, permeabilization, trypsinization, presence of serum in the medium and enable long-term cell imaging, co-culture of cells and their imaging in multiple colors, cell barcoding and cell manipulation. Excited to share our work @ChemicalScience on a synthetic regulator using a macrocyclic host-guest system to control microtubule functions in live cells! Super-resolution microscopy revealed its mechanism. https://t.co/WqKmdgETHJ.
The second finalist of the #InspiringScienceAward 2024 is @abhinav_512 for his paper titled 'Single-molecule analysis of DNA base-stacking energetics using patterned DNA nanostructures'.
IISc researchers have used a novel imaging technique to find out how strongly adjacent bases of DNA stack up on top of each other in a single strand.
