3-Month ACL Recovery Update!

After weeks of hard work, I’m ready to ramp up my pitching

⭐️In the next 1-2 weeks Pitching at 50%.
⭐️Then week 3 Stepping up to 75%.
⭐️At 4 weeks Full throttle at 100%

I still have a ways to go, but it’s great to be able to get out there!

Simply put, she was a menace to opposing batters in the ⭕️! She pitched 7.2 innings giving up only 1 hit and striking out 15! Batters hit .042 off of her and she gave up an ERA of .000! Oh and she can hit too, hitting .700 for the weekend w/ 7 hits including 2 doubles! Just a 💎 of a weekend!
