When @DPD_UK send you a text saying they missed you when you have been in way over the span of there “wonderful” 1hr time slot.... what’s worse they say I’ve got a calling card saying it was missed... nope, no sign of it here... #poor

@EE how much do landline calls cost? I asked an advisor on 150 who couldn’t talk to me as the account is in my wife’s name, but covers both our personal phones and broadband?
@NatWest_Help That is not what the branch manager told us at Shrewsbury, even so their should be a recorded message on the line to say you will be charged. We don’t bank with NatWest we just had some HelpToBuy ISA’s. So glad you are not my day to day bank
@NatWest_Help We gave up after spending £20 for the pleasure of your complaints line, not happy at all, we have since sent a complaints form in and await the outcome. Surely the complaints line should be a free line? Or do you just like REALLY annoyed people?
