@Nigel_Farage do crime stats include the humungous amount of online fraud perpetuated every day. Victimless? Police have given up on fraud and yet as young cops and detectives we cut our teeth on it. It's the biggest dodge of public responsibility in public service history.
Have you heard, and more importantly, have you considered unintended consequences. If your pure interest is reducing deaths, just ban all vehicles. A programme of road safety and tackling some incredibly bad and aggressive driving would be better. Don't punish us all.

We support 20mph outside schools, but the lazy blanket approach means you're applying the restriction on roads where there has never been an accident. Intelligence led decision making is harder work, but it brings the right results. Lazy politics is not what I voted for.
My goodness, is that the degree of arrogance you have in seeking to deny the strength of feeling from the people who voted you in. Your ridiculous and ludicrous blanket approach to road safety is being vilified because of the consequences it has for the environment and business.
20mph speed limit - 389,371 disagreeing voices are not yet enough for lazy law making to be over-turned, maybe 400,000 will do it. Have you signed the petition? https://t.co/1DmgRGwjEY
Crazy comparison by
@WalesOnline
comparing apples with pears. The Welsh public are giving an opinion in the petition, a petition system designed by the Welsh Government for people to express their feelings. Why is it being ignored? Complete arrogance
@PrifWeinidog And adding travelling time and increasing pollution to our lovely clean Welsh air through cars, vans and lorries travelling in lower gears is good for both?? Most anti-vehicle Government in Welsh political history
@BBCWales Banning all vehicles will save even more lives, but it's not reasonable, the knock on effects are enormous and people's health and well-being will be an adverse impact not properly considered.
@BBCWales 17.3% of driving licence holders in Wales have now signed the petition. When does ignoring a democratic vote become a dictatorial First Minister.
1.6 million driving licence holders in Wales. I wonder what percentage of them is needed to sign the stop 20mph petition before Mark Drakeford actually listens to common sense arguments not his 1-track argument. You can sign the petition here: https://t.co/oAabonrnS2
@easyJet for all your positive posts, can you tell me what the plans are for abandoned passengers on EZY2780 from Paris to Bristol. #StuckAtGateForHours
@Jaguar On the 22nd July I bought a 2-year subscription (ยฃ60) for inControl for my Jaguar F Pace.
Despite 20+ attempts and hours sat in the drivers seat, I have been unable to connect the carโs sat nav to my account. It says error is yours. Do you have a solution?
