Good question for Grok
Dr Miller mentioned on biotech tv that ALPS trial will be extended to pts under 16. What would that mean regarding the safety and efficiency of soquelitinib and what should we expect as coming news and $CRVS price reaction.
ALPS update anytime soon
About ten years ago, $CRVS raised $1 billion with just a few molecule ideas on paper. Imagine what they could raise today, with a validated SQL proof of concept and an advanced FDA approval process and large TAM
@agamemnus_dev@wz2013@septdecoeur Im pretty sure there is already a lineup of interested partners. Dupi-like oral and safe and we can easily have a good deal. My opinion, glad to be on the train
@wz2013@septdecoeur Again, it depends on patients baseline, prior tx failures, harder to treat, etc. Hopefully Dr Miller will be able to detail all that precisely.
$CRVS It will be important to focus on the details concerning the patients in cohort 4, probably composed of patients who are more difficult to treat, failed jak and dupi, etc. Good luck!!
If you're worrying that the $CRVS stock price will behave like it did in December 2024, I recommend you look at these charts instead. I don't believe in coincidences here and predict a wider separation from the placebo at 8 weeks of treatment.
