@ScotRail Its really frustrating when the app says there is good service on a route, when in reality the busiest commuter train of the morning from perth to glasgow is cancelled (753). I know it was an electricity supply issue, but can the app at least reflect reality
@ScotRail Chloe i cant do that as i am on a train to stirling following your teams' advice to 'get as close to perth as you can'.
This shouldnt be complicated - get a bus or taxi from stirling to perth
@ScotRail Why is there no replacement service, why is the app still saying trains are running to Perth and Dundee (they arent), and what is scotrails plan given it is last train time? Will you pay for my taxi from stirling to perth?
@ScotRail Right but why are scotrail so late to update the app? This is a regular problem.
Zero idea if there will be any trains that go to perth now so will there be a replacement bus or taxi service? From queen st? Stirling?
@ScotRail@ScotRail Perhaps increasing the carriages on trains from glasgow to Dundee might help? Standing room only for several people in a 2 carriage train.
@ScotRail Thanks Paul - maybe Im just unlucky that whenever i do the journey, which to be fair was every day a year ago, 2 carriages was a regular issue.
@ScotRail Thanks Paul but this has been a regular occurence over the past 5 years - scotrail need to improve the service on this route. It will be standing room only at Kirckaldy (still 45 mins to go), and stations will be bypassed
@ScotRail every single train i get has managed to be just late enough to miss connections and be late enough for my 9 am meeting. Every single one. 5 or 6 minutes does actually make a difference for commuters - especially when timetables are designed to favour gla to Edb
@LNER We are currently stationary at Falkirk Graemston (inverness to london train due into edinburgh waverly at 1114). There has been no announcement - can you tell us what the delay is?
