@TUIUK on 30/12 TOM48 was delayed by 7.5 hours as there was a disruptive passenger this was handled badly by TUI an extra 4 hours delay with no food or drink apart from a small bottle of water and two biscuits per passenger is totally @TUIUK fault so why deny compensation?

yesterday flight BY48 Gatwick to Cancun had to return to Gatwick 1.5 hrs after take off to remove a disruptive passenger @TUIUK then left 300 people on the plane for 4 hrs waiting for new crew and only gave us a bottle of water and two biscuits, compensation due?
