@manairport So on Wednesday evening I arrived in KL from Bangkok. My bag arrived 10 minutes after leaving the aircraft.
I have just arrived from Amsterdam on a quiet Friday mid-morning. 25 minutes so far sitting looking at an empty carousel. Pah!

@EuroGaragesLtd - a big thank you to the staff this afternoon at the Old Meadow services at Maghull. My 90-year-old Dad misfuelled, and the staff made sure he was ok with a seat in the shop whilst we waited for the @TheAA_UK to arrive (only 15 minutes!). Great customer care! 👍
