@EastMidRailway - currently waiting to be "rescued" from 17.12 Not to STP.. how long are we going to have to wait?? Staff on train can't advise. Trying to work out how this compares to no trains at all yesterday evening??

@Tesco -a game of 2 halves-a good online delivery -but purchased these in store today-it states "Aldi Price Match"-but does it match their quality?These were supposed to be part of tonight's dinner-now I will get wet putting then in the bin. Very Poor

@EastMidRailway 3rd time this week I have had delayed/cancelled trains on my journey to & from work..but getting delay-repay on a 7 day season ticket is impossible & even if I did-it would only be ยฃ1.25 for each time-doesn't come close to the ยฃ25 for an Uber to get to work yesterday.

@Morrisons normally if I want something battered-I go to the chip shop. Battered porridge-battered soup - & strange looking bbq chicken breast. Usual standard from @morrisons online delivery (late delivery)
@Tesco Hi Kirstie. Did you not read my tweet?? I stated no DM. Same as I stated no substitutions on my order. But in both cases, this has been ignored. Why? Is this how much Tesco considers & respects it's customers? Not very professional from a company of Tesco's status-is it?
@Tesco this evening I have had to spend a very unsatisfactory amount of time on the phone to customer services because @Tesco are incapable of following their own processes & procedures & disagree to compensate a customer correctly. Very poor customer service!
@Tesco No DM-means No DM. Same as no substitutions on an online order means no substitutions. Then when refused, refunded incorrectly & it takes 2 phone calls & the best part of an hour to sort it out which Tesco think is worth a ยฃ5 voucher. 1 hour of "work" for ยฃ5-really? Not good!!
@EastMidRailway Is this the queuing system at St Pancras that staff sent my daughter to the wrong queue resulting her being in the wrong place at time her train boarding- result - 1st class ticket standing all way from London to Leicester- is that the system you refer to? Very poor system!
@Morrisons - not for the 1st time I have received an online order with free from items packed with non free from items. Tried to address this on your website- but it is basically impossible to do that. Despite pointing this issue out previously - why does it keep happening??
@UberUKI_Support If you are in a shop & price of an item is shown as ยฃ5-but at the checkout you get charged ยฃ5.50-that is against the law. So if you get charged ยฃ4.98 for a journey-then after the driver leaves the charge increases to ยฃ6.22-surely that is too??
