🚨🇫🇷 Zidane on the difference between Kylian Mbappé and Dembélé:
"Mbappé and Dembélé are two different players. Dembélé is humble, disciplined, and always listens to the coach. He works hard defensively, helps his teammates, and always puts the team first.
Mbappé is more aggressive in his mentality. He has the ability to change a match in a matter of seconds. Give him one moment, and he can decide the game on his own.
As a coach, you love a player like Dembélé because of everything he gives to the team. But if you need someone to win you a match with one action, you choose Mbappé.
That's why both are special one makes the team stronger, while the other can change history in an instant."
@dolawanle@Keir_Starmer In a functioning democracy it’s a rule of thumb to be accountable for performance and incompetence. In dysfunctional democracies leaders cling to power regardless of their poor performances.
🇨🇻😢 Cape Verde goalkeeper Vozinha: "I cried after the game because I grew up with my grandparents when I was a kid, and they could not be there. They passed away a few years ago. My mum could not be here either for a VISA issue, and the money we had to pay for it. We did not manage to do this in time." (@TheAthleticFC)
Angela Rayner demands visa rules shake-up for care workers 'living in fear'
"We need to end the exploitation of your visas being tied to a single employer. We need it to be sector-wide, so you can't be exploited, bullied or treated unfairly."

BREAKING🚨: The Artemis II astronauts will go through the most tense moment of the mission on April 6, 2026. This is the highlight of the entire mission. The Orion will pass between 6,400 and 9,600 kilometers above the lunar surface.
But there's a detail that makes this moment even more intense: as it passes over the far side of the Moon, the spacecraft will lose communication with Earth for about 30 to 50 minutes, blocked by the Moon itself.
"For the 45 minutes when we'll be closest to the lunar surface, we'll also be out of contact," said Victor Glover, the mission's pilot. "I'd love for the whole world to be cheering and praying for us to reestablish the signal."
During that time, the astronauts will photograph and observe regions of the Moon's far side that have never been seen by human eyes.
The crew will also attempt to capture new images of the so-called Earthrise, the planet emerging over the desolate lunar surface.
@ThePhDPlace my lead PhD supervisor said he was going to wear a hard face during my mock viva. I was nervous but at the end he said I was ready for the real -viva. Surely he was right, I passed with minor very minor corrections🎓
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. dedicated his life fighting for equity and justice. He taught us that even in the face of intimidation and discrimination, we must never stop working towards a better future – a lesson that feels especially relevant today.
Change has never been easy. It takes persistence and determination, and requires all of us to speak out and stand up for what we believe in. As we honor Dr. King today, let’s draw strength from his example, and do our part to build on his legacy.
"What happened to Maduro, can happen to them."
Donald Trump sends a warning to all political and military figures in Venezuela after the US captured the country's leader.

Maduro is a dictator who stayed in power by force after losing an election. No one who believes in democracy should mourn his fall. Trump's pretexts and potential geopolitical deals especially w Russia deserve scrutiny, but the Venezuelan people deserve a chance at freedom.
