@BMA_Consultants Having thought a bit more, this is a massive problem. Anyone on 0% nodal points gets nothing, but also loses the ability to apply for local CEAs.
The 1.5% allocated for those CEAs has gone to fund pay rises elsewhere. So overall, -1.5% on average for those at 0% nodal points
@BMA_Consultants Certainly progress, thanks. Still a lot of work to do bearing in mind pay erosion over years, and would like more detail re: DDRB reform.
If 1.5% is coming from reallocation of local CEAs, it does feel that the minimum uplift at each pay point should be 1.5%, rather than 0%
@EmmaAtSplodge@goldstone_tony@BMA_Consultants It’s actually worse than 0%. It’s 0% and you’ve lost the ability to apply for CEAS. Using the 1.5% figure, that means on average the 0% groups are actually getting -1.5%
2 days until the Yorkshire3Peaks in memory of Rob, raising money for the Brittle Bone Society here https://t.co/q8L99TbAeM
Here’s Rob in all his…glory 😂 in Rothbury Terrace 20 years ago(!). Apologies for the decor, my hair, and to Emily for posting the pic without permission…
@Blueisdcolor@HCI_London@MEAIndia@sujitjoyghosh@CPVIndia@PIB_India@IndianDiplomacy No, but maybe release the announcement on a Sunday, when the centres are closed, so nobody ends up in such a situation. Also, maybe charge the amount (£72 each) clearly advertised online, not demand £116 plus £33 fees per person when you have travelled & have no choice but to pay
