@LloydsBank I am having a meeting infuriating experience trying to resolve a matter (that shouldn’t need resolving) as your chat bot can not handle the query and I end up going round a loop and the relevant phone number doesn’t recognise options being pressed in the IVR….

@goustocooking hi, seems like my delivery arriving at a sensible time has gone out the window and I can no longer rely on my delivery arriving to be used on the day of delivery, not good 🤷‍♂️

@BMW_UK so I’ve been affected the app connection issue with the latest OTA update on my iX. Seen in the FB forum that others are now working so pop to my car only to now lose the left screen….🤷‍♂️ at least the app is now working

@BMW_UK hi, the app lost connection with my iX last Friday and hasn’t refound it yet. Tried resetting idrive and app to no joy. Any tips or is a service centre request the only answer?
