I have to say @RoyalMail is awful for arranging deliveries. You are notified that you have delivery on its way to you, a sig is required, you’re not going to be in, rearrange for day when you are in, the come anyway, delivery missed, you try to arrange again, you can’t. 1/2

I have to congratulate the 2 stewardesses on our flight today from EMA to ACE. The lead stewardesses and the newly qualified lady were brilliant. The lead was brilliant and was really great with the new girl, she cared about making her protege as good as she was. #TOPNOTCH @jet2tweets

I find it wholly dishonest that rail service providers can charge you money £5 to refund a ticket of £5.95. There is no justifiable reason the cost is so high. To change a ticket in May cases costs £10. It’s not as if any of these tickets are special price tickets @Heidi_Labour

Good old @UPS I was out today and the driver apparently made 2 attempts to deliver my item today. Must have been in his head, he arrived at 10:25 left the package and the scanner on my doorstep, walked back to his van then couple of minutes later came back and picked up both things, was it the 2nd attempt because he walked up and down my driveway twice? #justasking

@UPS_UK @UPS I’m flabbergasted that you’re still employing the driver that delivers around #kidderminster the guy is dishonest, didn’t come to my house but marked the delivery as final delivery attempt made, you have even made the first one yet. This is not the first occasion either, he’s even marked it as delivery refused on another. This comes via the Telford depot. How do I complain?

@UPS can you help with my query? It appears my dishonest unreliable driver has marked my parcel as final delivery attempt was made, he has never attempted. Does this mean I will not get my parcel? I have also made #Medtronic aware of this ongoing issue

@UPS why is it ever since my driver changed my new driver is dishonest. Claims deliver attempt was made but it’s clear he never came as I was in and my CCTV shows he never came to my house. This is important medical consumables. I can’t rely on UPS any more

Don’t you just love @NHSuk you arrive on time at a hospital appointment to be told that they’re running late. Not so much of a problem but when you have to pay parking and it’s managed my parking vultures you have to wonder where my huge amount of taxes go
