@TLRailUK But this would be longer than getting a taxi. I expect a refund of my taxi. What is the claim procedure? You know as well as me that the staff at east Croydon will just say wait for a train. Please don’t try to palm me off. I am a regular commuter so know what’s going on!

@TLRailUK shocking start to Friday after and awful commute home last night to Earlswood. Trying to get to London Bridge but 6:54 cancelled and 7:24 delayed due to logistics. You tell the customers to be ready but you are nowhere near ready. Shocking! How long will this last????

@TLRailUK I understand but would it not be to logical to stop promising the trains will all run then end up cancelling the majority. It makes it impossible to plan an evening out. Over promising is worse than under delivering.

@TLRailUK London Bridge. Nearly every train has been cancelled with only one running which is delayed. You need to explain to the passengers why trains aren't running and not just cancel them. Getting home is now a nightmare and late.
