@ZARA what has happen to your quality controls? Order a dress to small so re ordered the medium arrived smaller than the small🧐. Tried a skirt on Instore med was smaller than the small!! Sooo disappointed!

@mrchrissullivan @ConnectoTravel I was travelling with an autistic child and parent with dimensia. I had ordered a mini bus but they sent a standard car which could not accommodate us all so have to pay for extra taxi and they will not refund our expense. Shocking

@virginmedia I signed up to a new contract last night but you have removed Ed Chanel’s and not charging g me the price I was quoted. The call cut off 3 times the system crashed I was on the call for 1 hour.
