@climatetech_vc @ReventVC@aera_vc @bluesourcellc @ElementMarkets@COCleantech @C3E_EnergyWomen @NYUStern@Wharton Hey @climatetech_vc we’re taking a unique approach to electric vehicle adoption. We’d love to talk more, collaborate, and/or be featured in the newsletter!
@provenauthority Ya and what are the legal + securities implications of unclosed tokens? Do you have obligations to the “shareholders” of these securities? Do you have to unwind the legal corporation behind it so that holders have no claims to future revenues or liabilities?
@antonyslumbers@divine_economy I agree, “incentives” is a top-down corporate concept. @juiceboxETH distributes a pool of tokens to every contributor, who can give them away to workers they see pulling weight. This rewards quiet devs and is more about friendship, gratitude, and contrarian views of added value.
@BeyondPowerNFT @futurelilith Is that currency fungible though? I'm not sure it is yet, but I think there are ways to make it fungible and put a price to it =)
@0xShepherd@chaserchapman@ldf_gm@0xCadena@0xShepherd@ldf_gm We think we've got a good chance of being one of those profitable DAO's too =). Give us a follow and please share with other folks who might find us interesting

@0xShepherd@chaserchapman@ldf_gm@0xCadena Definitely. The bottom line DAO's require work, and people need to feel well-compensated for their time. That's why I like the trend toward DAO's that can make real money and generate revenue.
@futurelilith I think web3 is filled with people who are extremely talented but for whatever reason or circumstance, are not credentialed or have the same career opportunities as web2 corporates, so they're stoked to find validation amongst anons in web3 =)
@divine_economy I still think @sam_sends’ Elastic Governance Tokens concept is the closest code I’ve seen that supports this redistribution.
Give all existing holders proportional “haircut” on current supply and allocate new supply to based on whatever you want.

@ldf_gm@chaserchapman@0xCadena Wow didn't see this, I just described the same thing. Totally agree. DAO contributors circle back. They're not gone forever like when someone quits a company.
@0xShepherd@chaserchapman@ldf_gm@0xCadena I agree. And also thinking of DAO growth in terms of cycles. Fans and contributors come and go, but they come back. So even if participation seems to tail off, you can still stage comebacks with new features and developments.
@flexxchapman@JonathanHillis@0xZakk@flexxchapman Two great DAO's and three great DAO leaders. For some reason reminds me of the Kendall Gill episode of My Brother And Me. Anyhow--Simp My Ride, we got next! https://t.co/sGE5zDf6Hj
