@DoorDash_Help Just cancelled my DashPass, prob will delete my account. Made a final attempt to resolve my complaints about last 3 orders, drivers given multiple deliveries on 1 trip, food late and ruined, over $150 wasted.

@VerizonSupport As I said in my reply, hard power off ("unplugging the box") AT LEAST once a week, usually twice. Does that sound normal or OK to you? It doesn't to me, it's a major disruption.

@VerizonSupport Locks up, and needs a hard (disconnect power) reboot at least once or twice a week, and prevents all other boxes from even watching TV.
