"Kids don't want them" = True. Widely documented; Gen X and Millennial children often have different career paths or aren't interested.

"Buying & scaling SMBs is hard" = True. Over 50% of small businesses listed for sale don't find a buyer. Financing, valuation gaps, and owner-dependency are real obstacles.

@Codie_Sanchez we send our after hours calls to AI and have been doing so for the last 4 months testing and training... the general consensus is that CS calls are fine and people are receptive of it but sales calls are a nightmare - we're still dialing it in.
