Duke Power Co.; rescind LBJ's executive order on affirmative action; abolish the disparate impact provisions from the 1991 Civil Rights Act; restructure the enforcement bureaucracy to ban DEI-style discrimination. These are all majority positions—even in California, voters reject racial preferences. Time to get it done.
