@McDonaldsUK staff @ the TW15 3AE branch need retraining. Just ordered a caramel frappe. Asked if it had coffee & manager said no. If they are not sure, better to say that. After calling them the person who picked up is arguing there's no coffee it's just a flavour.🤔 Do better!

I am very disappointed in Virgin Atlantic service. Both flights didn't have any meal for my infant which I requested. Their 'standard' Bassinet was too small cause my child is tall but he is the right weight. Never using it again! @VirginAtlantic
