@Icelandair I have checked in at Heathrow for my flight to Seattle. My flight to Reykjavik is delayed, meaning I will now completely miss my connection. I called your customer service line and they were completely unhelpful. Can you assist?
@SOSofitelBKK - I have an upcoming reservations and have reached out multiple times via email to your concierge and even to the Accor Limitless email to arrange airport pickup and have not heard back from anyone. Can you provide me an email that someone will respond to please?
@AirAsiaSupport Correct, you have a 9am flight and I meant to book that, but your agents just said that it would be another $200! I mean, that is absolutely ridiculous. I booked it an hour ago and tried to contact you within 30 seconds.
I fly 50+ business trips a year, this was my first time booking with AirAsia, and likely my last given the experience I have had so far. I booked my flight an hour ago.....this shouldn't be this difficult
@AirAsiaSupport - I have tried to engage your Allstar support chat 3 times & each time your support rep ended our chat without answering my question! I have tried to contact you via email, tweet, phone, & now chat for over an hour, with nobody willing to respond.
@AmericanAir - just wanted to top yourself from earlier this week? ANOTHER delayed flight App says we are now boarding both your lounge staff & gate agents say they have no idea when we will board. Delays happen but there is no excuse for ZERO communication that’s why #iflyalaska
@AmericanAir Clear communication is free, even if you don’t have all the answers, it’s better than silence. This is why I don’t fly American. #iflyalaska where they place customer service as a priority.
@AmericanAir - delays at DFW. I have been sitting here for 9 hours, along with 1000’s of others. There is something you can do for free..communicate. The gate agents have no info, your app says we are in the air already (we’re not)& the monitors in that terminal are not updating
@DoorDash first and last time I use DoorDash! My wait time when I ordered was 58 min. 2 hours later it now says an additional 59 min?! I literally could have walked to the reataurant and back on 3+ hours.
