@VirginPlus Is it normal practice for Virgin Mobile to falsely advertise 5g coverage and then tell customers that they do not get coverage in their areas.

You tech support seems to believe that there is no 5G access in my area, but YOUR website seems to advertise otherwise.

@VirginPlus Also, what part of MOBILE do you not understand? Just because a billing address is in one area which your website says has 5g, does not mean that device cannot move to other areas (where you website also says 5g is available).. So why then doesn't anything work?

@Uber_Support @Uber it's amazing just how difficult you make it to contact support. A driver asked me for my destination via chat & cancelled my ride. I have a screenshot of this. How are you going to address this issue? When a user cancels we get penalized..
