Day 1 > Year 2 > Year 4 💪
Seeing this really reminds me how far I've come and I want to show that no matter who you are, with enough work anything is possible
Finally proud of my efforts.
It hasn't really settled in until today, but man is it a crazy feeling. I spent the majority of my twenties doing this, and I would keep doing it if the industry was sustainable. I at least hope that not being in a gym all day everyday will bring back the spark in my own lifting
Friday marked my final day as an actively working PT after more than 5 years. Putting something I've spent the last 7 years perfecting, researching and practicing behind me for more stable work is such a surreal and somewhat sad feeling, but I'm excited to take on what's next!
- Lost 6kg
- Clocked 1 year learning Mandarin
- Went to more gigs than I have in my life
- Went out waaaay more
After the dogshit year 2022 was, 2023 was a true return to form. I won't sugarcoat it, I absolutely smashed it this year and I'm happier than ever 🫡
Forgot to add:
- Bodyweight bench FINALLY achieved (85kg)
- Didn't miss a gym session since October 2022
I have nothing in the books specifically for next year, maybe a 100kg bench (👀), but I know that whatever I set my mind to, I have proved to myself I can get it done
