To the people of Israel: I stand with you in grief, remembrance and solidarity on the third anniversary of October 7. We will never forget those murdered or the suffering of their families and the survivors.

The Islamic Republic that armed and supported Hamas is the same regime that keeps Iranians in chains. When Iran is free, we will hold all those involved in these crimes accountable. Both our peoples deserve freedom and security.

جمهوری اسلامی علیرضا رئیسی و علیرضا سپاهی، از بازداشت‌شدگان انقلاب ملی شیر و خورشید، را اعدام کرد.

علیرضا سپاهی در زندان با مهشاد کشانی در سایه اعدام و پشت میله‌های زندان ازدواج کرده بود که خود به پنج سال حبس محکوم شده است. حمله قلبی علیرضا سپاهی اجرای حکم را مدتی به تعویق انداخت، اما جنایتکارانی که جان جوانان ایران را هدف گرفته‌اند، از کشتن او دست نکشیدند.

«قتلهای حکومتی بی‌پاسخ نخواهد ماند. از صادرکنندگان دستور و حکم تا مجریان اعدام، تمامی مسئولان این جنایت را در چارچوب قانون و در دادگاه عادلانه پاسخگو خواهیم کرد.»

اخطار کمیته تدوین مقررات عدالت انتقالی ایران روشن است:
«هر اعدام، بر مسئولیت کیفری شما می‌افزاید. به فراموشی این جنایات، مصونیت از مجازات یا بخشش دل نبندید.»

I commend the October 5 joint statement by the United States, Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, and Trinidad and Tobago. Their collective denunciation of the Islamic Republic directly exposes the criminal regime's global lawlessness, including its terrorist plotting, illicit fundraising, political interference, and active threats to the security of the Western Hemisphere.

We have long warned that the regime’s presence in South and Central America, under the guise of commerce, is merely a cover for collaborating with drug cartels, money laundering operations, and terrorist networks.

This declaration proves that governments across the Americas, particularly new administrations across South America, recognize this severe threat. This is underscored by the recent, bold decisions by Colombia and Peru to sever diplomatic ties with the outlaw regime in Tehran.

With gratitude to these ten nations, particularly Colombia and Peru, I welcome closer cooperation between their governments and the Iranian people in their struggle for freedom.

I urge all other nations to confront the Islamic Republic with the same courage and clarity.
