We have to spay our own stray dogs more than 200 of them because of botched surgeries by the govt vets in the GHMC shelters.Dogs are eating other dogs in these shelters because of no food or water.Nothing happened even after many complaints.

Community dogs population can be controlled with planned out sterilizations keeping in communication with animal feeders who know about the dogs well in that area and which dogs need to be sterilized first better not to use the word menace because ur speaking from 1 side.
